We work to make Coffee Life Balance's public website usable by people with disabilities. Our technical target is WCAG 2.2 Level AA. This statement describes implemented measures and the current review status; it is not a certification of full conformance.
Website and review scope
This statement covers the public home, support, privacy, terms, and accessibility pages at Coffee Life Balance. The native iOS app, linked third-party services, and physical cafes require separate accessibility assessments.
Available accessibility measures
- Keyboard navigation, visible focus indicators, and a “Skip to content” link. Tab and Shift+Tab move between controls; arrow keys change the selected language or appearance option.
- Semantic headings and navigation regions, labeled controls, and decorative images excluded from the accessibility tree.
- English and Hebrew page views, with the appropriate language and reading direction. Changes of language are announced through a status message.
- Light and dark appearance options, readable color contrast, and a visible selected-state indicator. The controls remain visually compact with larger interaction areas.
- Browser zoom and text resizing remain available. Layouts adapt to narrow screens and enlarged text; content is not intentionally clipped.
- Support for reduced-motion and system high-contrast preferences. Navigation remains available without a mouse or an accessibility overlay.
How to use the site
Use your browser's zoom or text-size settings to enlarge content. On a keyboard, use Tab to reach links and controls and Enter to activate a link. The first link lets you skip the header. The EN/עב control changes the visible language; the sun and moon control changes appearance. Each selection is saved only in your browser when storage is available. With JavaScript disabled, language and appearance can still be changed on the current page, but preferences are not saved across pages.
Evaluation status and remaining checks
The implementation was reviewed on October 1, 2026 using automated structural, contrast, and browser checks, together with keyboard and responsive-layout checks. Automated checks cannot detect every accessibility issue. A complete independent assessment with screen readers and people with disabilities has not yet been completed. We are not claiming full WCAG conformance or universal compliance with every country's accessibility law.
If you encounter a problem, please report it so we can investigate and correct it. Third-party destinations are controlled by their own operators; contact us if a linked destination prevents you from obtaining information from our service.
